I don't know what to say or do, they have him sedated and won't say anything about prognosis. We are heading up to the hospital in a few hours. All we can do is pray.

Bad News....
We got a call late last night from Donna. Fred was in a bad motorcycle wreck and is in CCU with a skull fracture and brain bleed along with a spinal fracture. This is the man that Ken rides with 1-2 nights a week...and we ride together a few times a month. I have a knot in my stomach that won't go away. This is hitting pretty close to home and I keep selfishly thinking, this could be KEN! I can't imagine how Donna is feeling right now.

ReplyDeleteUpdate - they removed the internal pressure monitor that was in his brain and the bleeding has appeared to stop and he is breathing (mostly) on his own. Just keep praying - I know you understand what this family is going through :) Love ya!
